Plaster Casted

 

After we CNC cut the foam, it was trimmed and plaster casted. It perfectly captures the funky shapes and cuts of the CNC with a few more natural aspects from some minor bubbles that formed around. Even after having a tech help me bang bubbles out for 20 minutes, I still ended up with some larger bubbles, but it managed to stay off the bottom and only added to the sides, which wasn't intentional, but I love the look and feel of the texture.
